Logan Paul has a promising future in WWE. Since his debut, Logan Paul has wrestled top names in the business. This third match saw him headline Crown Jewel Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia last year against Roman Reigns. For a rookie to have a title match this early is a big deal. The 28-year-old recently re-signed with WWE. In addition, Logan Paul is making the rounds as he is rumored to be a potential candidate to win the Money in the Bank match later this year.
WWE personality Sam Roberts took to his Tik Tok to vouch for Logan Paul. According to him, Logan Paul could hold WWE “hostage” by winning the Money in the Bank match. Roberts recognizes the fact that Logan Paul is one of the most hated superstars in WWE today.
Having Paul win the briefcase would be “antithetical” to what the fans want. Paul was last seen at WrestleMania 39 losing a match to Seth Rollins. Though he has more losses on his record, he is still a hyped personality in WWE.
WWE fans react to the idea of Logan Paul winning the Money in the Bank match
Sam Roberts jumping on Logan Paul’s hype train was met with mixed reactions. Roberts believes that Paul must capitalize on the opportunity and prove that he is worth the investment. He stated-
“This is a man, who while holding the briefcase, would have the WWE held hostage because the idea of him being WWE Champion is so antithetical to what the WWE Universe wants,”
“Logan Paul has to operate at a top level in order to be worth the investment that’s being made in Logan Paul. So how do you operate up there? You have him go to this pay-per-view and win the Money in the Bank briefcase.”
One Twitter user strongly opposed the idea of Logan Paul winning the briefcase. He Tweeted that the honor of winning the briefcase should go to the “work horses” and not to celebrities who are simply athletic.

I don’t know when “piss off your audience” became a viable business model.
If he was there every week or every other week, maybe, but he’s not a wrestler, he’s a headline, he’s a gimmick to get mainstream coverage, and that is it. pic.twitter.com/yD58YGQdM0

Logan or La Knight I’m fine with either but I strongly prefer Knight

For me personally that’s a HELL TO THE MF NO!

That honor should be for the work horses. Tired of these celebs getting clean shots just cuz they’re athletic.

This is a huge fear. Imagine the hits he gets online and the pr walking around with the briefcase. The maintstream exposure will appeal to Vince 😬

Not one fan wants to see Logan coming out every week with the briefcase. It’s not an interesting storyline for him at this point.

He’s undeniably talented in the ring but he needs to be around more to earn that in the fans eyes. I hated it when Brock just showed up at the end of the match to take it. I would hate this just as much.

I’ve been watching wwe since 2004 and if that were to happen I’d stop

Logan Paul winning MITB makes a lot of sense whether you love him or not. The promotion he’d use the briefcase & bringing back the d*ckhead heel cash-in would be a viral moment pic.twitter.com/xNlWTbbuiV

i stg if logan paul wins #MITB i’m gonna bulldoze the WWE headquarters https://t.co/OtSUpIyJNX

Hell No. logan Paul shouldn’t be anywhere near the main event scene ever again + this would just be another MITB Briefcase that will be wasted on a failed cash in if Logan won it. That briefcase has lost most of it’s credibility already

Triple H has seemingly promised Logan Paul a title run soon
No matter what anybody thinks about Logan Paul, nobody can deny that he is a gifted athlete. The YouTuber-turned-wrestler told ESPN that he would not have re-signed with the Stamford-based company if he wasn’t viewed as a potential Championship title holder in the future.

Paul proved his worth when he went head-to-head with Roman Reigns. Although WWE contract clauses do not promise a title run, it is still possible to see Logan Paul rise to the title picture as he makes progress in his career.
“I wouldn’t have signed this contract if I didn’t think that I was capable of getting a WWE belt. I think it’d be the coolest thing ever.”
