She handed the title to Asuka before announcing her departure. At the time, many thought Asuka would be pushed with a rocket strap. Instead however, it looks as if Vince McMahon has lost interest in her once again. Just two wins since winning the title is a far cry from what a dominant champion looks like.

This is even more worrying in the absence of Paul Heyman; who made sure that certain wrestlers weren’t overlooked by management. However, it seems that there is nothing to worry about and the WWE are still very high on the current RAW Women’s Champion.

One of the major reasons for the double count out finish at Backlash between Asuka and Nia Jax was done more to protect Nia Jax’s character than anything else, while at the same time protecting Asuka from suffering a loss.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
