Triple H says WWE is open to work with other Wrestling promotions following AEW and Impact Wrestling’s working agreement.
AEW’s Winter is coming was a success in a lot of ways. Not only did they do quite well on TV, they also laid the foundation for several angles heading into the future including an ending that will be remembered for several years to come.

Don Callis asking fans to tune into Impact Wrestling to see Kenny Omega for the first time as AEW champion is something WWE fans can simply not fathom. For several years, Vince McMahon and co. have pretended that they are the only business in town.
To not just acknowledge another show but to send your world champion there is something that fans can not see happening. However, Vince’s son in law and NXT head honcho Triple H insists that the WWE is open to business, although any crossover that does take place needs to be beneficial to them in the long term.
Triple H says WWE is open to work with other Wrestling promotions
‘Look, in what you’ve seen in the past – Progress, ICW, Evolve, all those things – yeah, we’re open for business in a lot of ways. ‘People’s thoughts, misperceptions, they’re perceived knowledge of what we do, how we think, is often greatly misinterpreted and not necessarily accurate,” Triple H told Metro. “Are we open to the right business opportunities? Yeah, at any given time we’re open to things. It depends on what they are, are they beneficial to us for the long term?’
‘When I say long term, I’m not talking three months or six months. Long term – 10 years, 15 years from now,’ he added. ‘Is that beneficial? Is that meaningful? ‘Is it long term? That’s how we think. It’s much longer in duration, not necessarily worried about the minute by minutes. It’s the long duration.’
Triple H added that even WWE Chairman Vince McMahon felt similarly.
‘“Open for business,” I think you hear Vince say that a lot. I’ve been around him long enough to know that if it’s the right thing and it’s meaningful to business, he’s open to anything.’
