A moment of Bliss

Alexa Bliss’s first appearance on SmackDown since the Raw before Survivor Series 2017. She insulted the coffee at Smackdown before finally addressing her guest, Bayley. She then talks about the one good night Bayley had, cashing in her money in the bank briefcase to become the SmackDown Women’s Champion. Bayley argued that it was years in the making and not just one night.

Alexa then talks up her achievements and says the Titles meant something under her reign. Bayley lets Alexa know that a lot has changed since. Carmella soon walks out and says as a former Miss money in the Bank and Women’s Champ, she deserves to be in the conversation. Charlotte then walks out and announces a no.1 contenders match between Carmella, Alexa and herself.

R-Truth Vs Elias

R-Truth calls Shane McMahon and apologises for ruining Shane appreciation night. He tells him that the title is ruining his life and he needs help. Shane gives him a standard match under normal rules against an opponent he doesn’t like: Elias, in a lumberjack match.

Elias throws Truth of the ring where other lumberjacks beat him up. Elias pins Truth to become a 2 time 24/7 champion. With the 24/7 rules back in play, the lumberjacks enter the ring for Elias’ championship and begin brawling among themselves. Elias crawled under the ring and Truth followed him inside. Truth then walked out as he reclaimed his championship from Elias.

The Freak is asked what drives him to do the things he does. He stands there quiet for a while before asking if she’d ever ask a nightingale why they sing their sweet song or a lion why they stalk their prey before tearing it apart? He’s come to realize that he’s no man.

And his function is hurt, maim, dissect, vivisect, and dehumanize people, and to show that the world isn’t full of rainbows and sunshine, but pain and agony.  He then recites a version of Three Blind Mice where the mice have their tails ripped apart and their bodily fluids used to paint a beautiful portrait as a reference to his match against the Lucha House Party this Friday.

He guarantees that Undertaker will get the Goldberg he wants this Friday at Super ShowDown. He announces that we’ll all find out who the better man is. Goldberg then tells Undertaker that he’s next to rest in peace!

The lights go out, when it comes back we see The Undertaker in the ring. The two square off. The lights go off again. The Undertaker is missing now. Goldberg laughs and expresses his excitement for their match.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
