As previously reported, Vince McMahon’s possible return to WWE has not been met with excitement internally. Even those who are Vince’s close ones reportedly do not want to see him return to the management. Wall Street Journal reported that Vince McMahon is contemplating returning to the company amidst new demands from two of his alleged victims. McMahon seems unfazed by these new demands and may be planning a comeback.
Vince McMahon retired from his role as CEO earlier in July after it was revealed that he had paid multiple women millions of dollars in hush money to hide his sexual misconduct.
Despite that, it appears that McMahon has changed his mind about staying in retirement. While the identities of people who do not wish for Vince to return remain hidden, a WWE Hall of Famer overtly expressed his disapproval.
Kevin Nash comments on Vince McMahon’s rumored return
Speaking on an edition of his Kliq This podcast, Big Sexy Kevin Nash gave his thoughts on Vince McMahon’s rumored return to WWE. According to Nash, WWE is better off without Vince as its stock value went up after McMahon’s retirement. Nash believes that if Vince returns, the stock value of WWE is likely to plummet.

“I enjoyed the stock price going up…like, leave it the f*ck alone. When he quit, the stock analysts said it would probably top somewhere around 100, so they still got some growth, you know?”. Said Nash.

It’s no secret that the allegations against Vince McMahon affected the product adversely. In addition, WWE even lost its sponsors following the incident.
However, after Vince retired and Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan assumed control as the CO-CEOs, WWE was able to weather the storm and reinvent the product for the better. But now that Vince McMahon wants to return, sources believe it could mean bad news for WWE’s sponsorship and operations.
Kevin Nash comments on the Bloodline’s reign as Champions
Further in the podcast, Kevin Nash gave his thoughts on the performance of the product. According to him, he misses watching NXT as he does not have enough time. Nash even stated that he was never a fan of SmackDown but loved Raw even when he was active in the system.
Big Daddy Cool also talked about how he does not like that the Usos and Roman Reigns are holding all the titles. However, Nash praised Roman Reigns for his achievements and added that adding Sami Zayn to the Bloodline was “genius”.
“I just don’t, like with The Usos and Roman having all the belts, it’s like… I don’t know. It’s hard. I mean it definitely makes them a dynasty you know, and I think Roman’s done a really good.” Said Nash.

Roman Reigns is currently enjoying his longest reign as the Undisputed WWE Champion. With each passing premium live event, Reigns manages to hold his throne with a little help from the Bloodline. The WWE Universe has been speculating for a long time about the next WWE superstar that Roman Reigns will drop his titles to.
The Tribal Chief is slated to compete with Kevin Owens at The Royal Rumble PLE, however, it is highly unlikely for Owens to claim the title from Reigns. It remains to be seen if Roman drops his titles to The Rock or Cody Rhodes who are his rumored opponents for WrestleMania 39.
