Who is James Harden’s Girlfriend? Everything We Know About Paije Speights
The fame and superstardom that come with being an NBA star can become burdensome for some. That’s why it’s important to have a good support system. Many rely on their partners to have their backs. Los Angeles Clippers star James Harden’s girlfriend Paije Speights, gives him that stability.
Harden and Speights made their relationship public back in 2024. And in season 2 of the Starting 5, Harden has introduced Paije to the world as his significant other.
Paije may not be an A-list celebrity like Harden is. But that doesn’t mean she hasn’t built an impressive career herself.
All about Paije Speights
Much like Harden, Speights is also driven to become the best she can be at her craft. The 37-year-old is a fashion designer who has over 200,000 followers on Instagram. Speights’ passion for fashion began while growing up in Detroit.
Speights launched her fashion company, Front Paije, and opened its first store in Michigan in 2023. Her work consists of pieces in denim, bandanas, all of it feature a signature patchwork stitching. She has a website people can order from, along with the physical store.
Speights has remained true to her passion despite challenges along the way. Her journey took on another dimension when she met Harden, and both their lives changed.
Harden and Speights’ relationship
The two have been together for roughly a year. However, it certainly feels longer than that.
Speights was a mainstay at many Clippers’ games in the 2024-25 season. The fans would be hoping that remains the case for the 2025-26 season since Harden had a great bounce-back year that coincided with the time they started dating.
Harden and Speights did a great job keeping their relationship under wraps initially. It wasn’t until the two attended former NBA star Rajon Rondo’s wedding in Italy together that they made things official. The news of their relationship spread like wildfire once video footage of Speights catching the bouquet went viral.

Harden’s persona may instill fear among his rivals. But his relationship with Speights seems to bring out the soft side in him. He is extremely happy in his relationship. “I’m in love,” Harden said on Starting 5.
The two are quite mature in their ability to navigate life and their relationship. Speights understands the life and struggles of an NBA player since she used to date another in the past.
Speights’ relationship with Mario Chalmers
Way before Speights and Harden crossed paths, the designer was in a relationship with two-time NBA champion Mario Chalmers. The two dated while Chalmers was a member of the Miami Heat. Their relationship would lead to the birth of their son, Prynce Almario Chalmers, on October 26, 2018.
The pair didn’t announce the start or the end of their information to the public. However, images of them began circulating in 2014, and they eventually split up after the birth of Prynce in 2018.
Speights’ heart is with Harden at the moment. The Clippers star accepts her for who she is, and that’s the same for Speights as well, which is all that matters.
