It all happened during the 4th over of the second innings. Bangladesh had just commenced the mountain chase of 381. Thus, the last thing that the team wanted was a run-out quite early on in the innings- which is exactly what happened.
During the penultimate ball of the over which was being bowled by Pat Cummins, Tamim Iqbal punched a length delivery towards the mid-on region, and sensing an easy run set-off quickly for it. Soumya Sarkar at the other end, instead of responding to Tamim’s call had his eyes on the cherry till the very end.
Thus, a complete school-boy error from Sarkar, meant that both the batsman were in the middle of the pitch at one point in time. Aussie skipper Aaron Finch, who was stationed at mid-on, hit a bull’s eye at the non-striker’s end and Sarkar was not even in the frame.

Bangladesh with a mountain to climb
A scintillating century (166 off 147) from David Warner, along with useful contributions from Finch (53 off 51) and Usman Khawaja (89 off 72) meant that Australia piled up a mammoth total of 381/5 of 50 overs.
Interestingly, Bangladesh all-rounder Soumya Sarkar was the pick of the Bangladesh bowlers with figures of 8-0-58-3 in the innings. In reply, the wicket of Soumya Sarkar has put Bangladesh at the back-foot early on. They will now rely mainly on their seasoned campaigner and centurion from the previous match- Shakib-Al-Hasan.
At the time of writing, Bangladesh had put on 60/1 on the board after 11.4 overs. Tamim Iqbal (25 off 40) and Shakib-Al-Hasan (20 off 23) were at the crease, with 320 more runs required to chase.
