PCB threatens to take legal action against BCCI
The PCB seems intent to taking the BCCI to court after they did not allow India to play a bilateral series against Pakistan. (PCB threatens to take legal action against BCCI)
The BCCI backed out after they signed the Memorandum of Understanding which has infuriated the PCB. The PCB chief Shaharyar Khan has said that he fully intends to go to court against the BCCI since this sudden withdrawal has cost the PCB millions of dollars.

“Our legal preparations are complete but first we will take up the issue of the scheduled series with India in November-December this year at the ICC meeting next month. We want to first talk with the new representatives of Indian cricket board in the ICC meeting and ask them about the status of the scheduled series under the MOU signed between both boards in 2014. “We have lost at least two home series against India and that calculates to millions of dollars in revenues for us. We have not ruled out legal processes to be compensated for our huge losses caused by the refusal of India to play us.”
After a successful Pakistan Super League, the PCB wants to show that they are heading in the right direction when it comes to hosting international cricket events. (PCB threatens to take legal action against BCCI)
Due to political tensions between the two countries, India have refused to play Pakistan even in neutral venues as they want to avoid an sort of cricketing ties with them.
The last time India played Pakistan was in the ICC World T20 in Kolkata.
