Harbhajan Singh replies after Rohit Sharma asks him to bowl Vs South Africa
On Friday, Rohit Sharma asked Harbhajan Singh to bowl against South Africa.
Rohit Sharma was called up for test cricket after a considerable amount of time. The opener has done full justice to the selection by notching up two centuries in both the innings and put India on a driving seat, with a day left.
Apart from his on-field brilliance, Rohit Sharma’s touches of humour have made people smile, be it at press conferences, interviews, or interaction with the fans. He has always been brilliant in this aspect and he is also known to crack jokes inside the dressing room along with Yuzvendra Chahal.
On Friday, Rohit Sharma asked Harbhajan Singh to bowl against South Africa. The opener and his teammates had a tough day, with Quinton De Kock and Dean Elgar toiling their opponents by staying put on the crease over a course of time.
Ravichandran Ashwin was the only effective bowler on that day and Rohit Sharma’s request was heard on the stump mic trying to call Harbhajan Singh, who was in Hindi commentary at that time.
“Come in come in Bhajju paa come in. Bhajju paa aapke liye kaafi rough bann chukka hai, idhar aa jaiye thoda ball daaliye (A lot of rough has been created on the pitch, come and bowl for us),” he was heard during the break between overs.
Sounds like Rohit Sharma on stump mic talking to Harbhajan Singh ? This after Ashwin picked up his 5th wicket. Listen to the audio #INDvsSA pic.twitter.com/muC5gp3i8B

Going into the fifth day of the first test, India need nine wickets to win after dismissing Dean Elgar early. The visitors, on the other hand, require mammoth 384 runs to secure their victory.
