Heung-Min Son refuses to celebrate goal and publicly asks for apology from Andre Gomes
Heung-Min Son refuses to celebrate his own goal and publicly asked for an apology from Andre Gomes after the latter got injured recently.
Heung-Min Son once again showed modesty is not for everyone, as the South Korean International publicly asks for an apology from Andre Gomes after the former scores a goal against Crvena Zvezda.
In the last Premier League match, Gomes dislocated his ankle after Son made a challenge on him from behind, which led to an awkward fall of the Portuguese International.
Upon seeing Gomes state, Son was devastated and broke himself into tears and it surely signalled that he did not intend to hurt Gomes by any chance. Yet, he was shown a red card, which he did not object.
A few days later, Son appeared for Tottenham in the Champions League encounter, and scores two goals for his side to give a comfortable win by 4-0. But the highlight was as soon son scored his second goal, he came near to camera and folded his hands to ask for an apology.

This incident attracted several praises by fans online, who were touched by Son’s efforts to make up to his fault that led to a horrific accident and probably keeping Gomes out for the rest of the season.
Son didn’t even celebrate scoring a Champions League goal because he is more saint than human being and still feels bad about Gomes’ injury. I love him.

Refusing to celebrate after a hard week — Son just proved why he's one of football’s good guys. 👏
The @SpursOfficial forward has now scored five goals in just four @ChampionsLeague appearances this season.
