Virat Kohli impressed by prodigious kid, terms his skill set unreal
Virat Kohli impressed by the prodigious kid as he terms him unreal after Kevin Pietersen suggests Indian skipper to check the young talent out.
Ever since Kevin Pietersen had shared a video of a young kid playing some absolutely scintillating cricketing shots yesterday, the video had taken the global stage by aplomb.
The kid who hardly looked older than three years had won many admirers for his innate ability to cream the ball in the middle shots with people across the fraternity terming him to be extremely gifted.
The video shared by Pietersen on Instagram showed the child not only crunching the ball but showing the requested acumen needed for being a world-class batsman as well as he settled in the middle and took his guard before coming out to play his shots.
Pietersen who was clearly blown apart by the strokeplay had written while sharing the video, “WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Get him in your squad, @virat.kohli! Can you pick him?!?!”
Virat Kohli Left Awe-Induced
And Virat Kohli resonated the same emotions upon watching the video with the Indian captain terming the kid as unreal. Replying to the video Kohli wrote, “Where’s he from??? He’s unreal.”

The world-class Indian cricketer was the latest ever-growing pile of international cricketers to have been taken aback by the electric and expansive strokeplay with Phil Neville, Michael Vaughan and Jacques Kallis having previously appreciated the kid’s shots as well.
Earlier in the year, a video of David Warner’s daughter, Ivy had surfaced on Instagram in which she was repeatedly heard claiming she was Virat Kohli while playing cricket. Shared by Warner’s wife, Candice Warner, Ivy can be heard saying, “I’m Virat Kohli” while batting.

Kohli And His Unnerving Commitment To Growing The Game
This isn’t the first time that Kohli has shown his affinity towards young kids taking to the game with the cricketer currently involved in a let us play campaign in India, one which lends its support to pushing people from the grassroots levels to take to sports. Along with this, his Super V cartoon series is also seen as an effort to him promoting the game amongst India’s budding players.
The cricketer was also seen taking to the streets to engage in playing cricket on the streets in a housing complex in Indore with some kinds. He also runs an expansive sporting campaign, one which accords gifted players the opportunity to practice under world-class facilities, coaches and equipment.

Currently, the Indian captain and team are veering up for the three-match ODI series opener against West Indies slated for tomorrow. Having thumped the visitors 2-1 in the T20 series a couple of days back, Kohli had emerged as the guiding force to India’s dominance with the bat’s 183 runs in the series seeing him being adjudged as the man of the series for his gripping performances.
