India and Bangladesh players involved in a brawl after ICC U19 World Cup final. The match ended with Bangladesh winning by 3 wickets.

India and Bangladesh played a match worthy of a final to bring the ICC U19 World Cup to a close. India batted first and despite a slow start looked set to post a formidable total. However, disciplined fielding and balling restricted the boys in blue to merely 177.

Bangladesh looked to make easy work of the below par total. However, the introduction of Ravi Bishnoi changed everything. Bangladeshi batsmen fell like bowling pins before they managed to huff and puff their way to a victory with Rakibul Hasan hitting the winning run.

Naturally, the entire Bangladesh bench ran to the pitch to celebrate their maiden ICC trophy across all age groups. However, things took a nasty turn when a Bangladesh player said something to the Indian players that they did not take kindly too.

This resulted in the players pushing and shoving each other. Fortunately, the umpire stepped in and prevented the issue to escalate. You can see the players have a go at each other in this video that was posted by former South Africa batsman JP Duminy.

At one stage, India were 156-3 and a huge total looked like a possibility. However, once Yashasvi Jaiswal fell for 88, the rest of the team folded for just another 21 runs on the board. Bangladesh seemed to be cruising to a win with a 50-run opening partnership.

Brilliant bowling from Ravi Bishnoi reduced Bangladesh to 102-6 before their captain Akbar Ali played a composed knock of 43 to seal the victory.
