Dwight Howard has been the center of media attention inside the Orlando bubble.

Jared Dudley supports Dwight Howard’s mask claim
Dudley mentioned that the big man’s decision to not wear a mask is not a crazy decision inside the safe bubble.
The regular testings inside the league has ensured the safety of everyone inside the bubble. The league recently landed a body blow on its naysayers when it was revealed that no player had tested positive in its latest round of testing.
“I can understand Dwight’s point of view, somewhat. We test every day. Everyone, we’re in the bubble, everyone’s negative, so why would you?”

Howard’s decision to not wear a mask inside the bubble will send a wrong message to millions of fans around the globe. His decision has been termed ‘selfish’ and ‘childish’ by players and several twitter users. However, Dudley asks his teammate to not risk his life for the benefit of comfort.
He went onto say that because everyone is being tested everyday and no one from the outside is allowed in the Bubble, there is no way the coronavirus can enter into the Orlando setup.
“Let’s be honest – you’re doing it (as) precaution. Why not? That’s basically what your reason is. And so I understand. My whole thing is, we do work out against each other, so we’re trying to get the best percentages. How is someone going to get the Corona in here? That’s a great question to ask.”

What’s next for Howard and the Lakers?
Dwight Howard has enjoyed a career resurgence this season. The big man has been a great presence in the paint and has gelled well with the rest of the team.
Although Lakers were mocked for signing Howard, the former Orlando star has proven to be a strong bench player for the Lakers.
Meanwhile the Lakers prepare to play their first scrimmage game against Mavericks on July 23. The critics remain split on the Lakers after they lost Bradley(family reasons) and Rondo(injury). Although the Lakers might now have a stacked bench like their cross-court rivals Clippers, the presence of LeBron James might swing the title their way come August.
