CA Cricket Bats: The SportsRush presents for you the names of four current brand ambassadors of equipment manufacturer CA.

A renowned sports manufacturing company in CA Sports has been associated with cricket for more than half-a-century now. Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Sialkot (Pakistan), fans have witnessed elite players using CA’s equipment since time immemorial.

It is worth mentioning that the company was named after the initials of founder Charaghdin Abdul Rasheed. Hence, CA Sports.

Having served as kit sponsor of the Pakistani cricket team for years, CA Sports are the current kit sponsors of Afghanistan’s cricket team.

The likes of some legendary names in Javed Miandad, Saeed Anwar, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Chris Gayle, Tillakaratne Dilshan and Brian Lara have been sponsored by CA Sports at some points in their respective careers.

Talking about the current brand ambassadors of the firm, England white-ball captain Eoin Morgan and Pakistan’s trio of batsmen in Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Shoaib Malik and Haris Sohail are seen using CA Sports’ equipment at the highest level.

While Pakistan cricketers associating with the brand is nothing unusual, Morgan is perhaps the first English cricketer to join hands with CA Sports.

In addition to bats, CA Sports also manufacture other cricketing equipment such as batting pads, gloves, balls, clothing and other protective gear.

Laying more emphasis on CA Sports’ contemporary brand ambassadors, Morgan led England to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 title last year.

As far as Zaman and Imam are concerned, the duo are currently in England ahead of Pakistan’s tour of England beginning next week. While Imam has been added to the 20-member Test squad, Zaman will be seen taking the field during the three-match T20I series.

Sohail, meanwhile, had made himself unavailable to tour Pakistan due to reasons related the novel COVID-19 pandemic. Malik, who had received the permission to stay with his family before traveling to England, is yet to board the plane to England.
