‘James Harden would chose Atlanta over Boston because of the strip clubs’: Shannon Sharpe hilariously guesses Rockets star’s preferred trade destinations
Shannon Sharpe believes James Harden will rank his preferred trade destinations by the quality of the strip clubs in the city.
At least half the news about James Harden over the preseason is that he’s been flouting the NBA’s Covid-19 rules. He joined the Rockets training camp late cuz he was partying it up in Las Vegas and Atlanta with Lil Baby.
After James came back in action, he once again flouted rules by attending an event for a friend yesterday. The NBA has fined him $50,000, but he’s dodged a suspension and will need only to isolate himself.
It’s almost impossible for an NBA team to keep a disgruntled player in their ranks. But the Rockets’ chances are better because they have him for at least 2 more seasons under contract. They can negotiate a good deal to bolster their roster in the present and the future.
Shannon Sharpe says James Harden would prefer Atlanta over Boston for the strip clubs
Yesterday morning on Undisputed, Shannon Sharpe talked about what would be going through Harden’s mind. Sharpe speculated that the Beard would much rather go to Atlanta than Boston. Because of the ‘adult entertainment’ business in Georgia.
“I don’t think James wanna go to Boston. The adult entertainment business is not the same as in Houston… Atlanta might be a better play.”
Later yesterday, he tweeted this:
Magic City going to name entire menu after Harden https://t.co/JEWewl80Ew

It goes without saying that James is a legend in Houston’s strip clubs. The man has his jersey hanging from the rafters of a famous H-Town establishment. He’s said to be a generous tipper and has even helped put some girls through college. All in all, from the personal life POV, Shay Sharpe seems to be spot on about strip clubs in a city being a factor in Harden’s priority list.
