Stefon Diggs Leads NFL In Receiving Yards & Catches, On Pace to Make Bills History
Stefon Diggs is having a career year, and his stats are at the top of the table. If Diggs plays well in his final game next week, he could make history.
Stefon Diggs leads the NFL in catches with 120, most ever by a Bill and most ever by a player in a first year with a new team.
He now leads the NFL with 1,459 receiving yards, most ever by a Bill.
No Bill has ever led the NFL in either category for a season. He now leads both.

With the way the Bills have been playing this year, it’s safe to say that the trade for Diggs worked out massively. Josh Allen has clearly found a groove with Diggs which has led to a special connection this year.
His stat line against the Patriots yesterday was impressive as well as he picked up 145 yards on nine catches. He also added three touchdowns as if what he had done wasn’t enough already.
“Stefon Diggs Is A Problem”
Those are the words Bills Safety Micah Hyde had to say after the Bills decimated the Patriots 38-9. And well, he’s not wrong at all.
Diggs is quietly establishing himself as one of the best receivers in the game. Diggs recorded his third straight 1,000 yard season. Further, he also set career highs in receptions and yards.
Diggs also broke a franchise record as he surpassed Eric Moulds’ reception record set in 2002. Additionally, after catching 10 passes last week against the Broncos, Diggs also became just the eighth player in history to have had three straight double digit reception games.
While other star receivers have low touchdown numbers, Diggs also managed to put in a very solid eight scores. Simply put, Diggs is showcasing his versatility at full strength. He can score, catch the deep ball, and be a consistent target throughout the duration of a whole game.
Considering Diggs has been targeted a whopping 158 times, Diggs’ catch percentage of 75.9 is also incredible. Looking back on it, the Vikings have to be feeling disappointed in giving Diggs away. The fact that Diggs adapted so well on a new team is also something to marvel at:
