“Serge Ibaka can’t talk too much, he’s on the trade block”: Masked Kawhi Leonard makes hilarious joke at Clippers teammate’s expense
Kawhi Leonard showed how much of a fun guy really is in today’s post-game presser. He joked that Serge Ibaka is on the move after elbowing Kawhi.
The Clippers romped to a 128-105 blowout victory over the Blazers last night. The entire squad was on a hot shooting streak, helping Kawhi overcome an initial cold streak. Leonard eventually finished the night with 28 points on 53% shooting, adding 7 assists for good measure.
6 members of the team scored in double digits. The Clippers shot 47% from 3, making 18 of their 38 attempts on the night. Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum did their best to get the Blazers back in the game after giving up a double digit lead in the first. But it was to no avail.
Masked Kawhi became a real thing as Leonard put in a quietly effective shift on both ends of the floor. He sported a peculiar mask which prompted quite a few reactions on Twitter. But the Clippers’ dominance on the night was no laughing matter. They had 30 assists as a team on the night.

The Clippers moved up to the top of the Western Conference and the NBA standings with this win. With 2 blowout wins in 2 days, they’re fast erasing the memory of their beatdown to the Mavericks. Perhaps Skip Bayless does have a point when he says the Clippers got better this year?
