Jorge Masvidal Vs. Colby Covington: Jorge Masvidal’s manager Ibrahaim Kawa implies that Masvidal is on board to fight Colby Covington. The match may become a part of a Pay-Per-View event of the first quarter of 2021.
In 2021 UFC is expected to become the bearer of many anticipated MMA fights, and among them, the one which is certainly looming is Jorge Masvidal Vs. Colby Covington.
The two welterweights share intense animosity, which is begging to come out on the floor that matters. While Colby Covington has been pursuing this match for months now, it is Jorge Masvidal who is apparently taking time to confirm his interest. However, with the UFC president Dana White stating that the match-up is in the process to get a targetted date, It could be speculated that the fixture can soon become official.
In the wake of this, implications from Jorge Masvidal’s camp have also begun to emerge.

Jorge Masvidal’s manager implies that the BMF is ready to take on Colby Covington
On Saturday, Jorge Masvidal took to Twitter to post an update regarding the loosening of restrictions in Miami. He tagged the official handle of American Airlines Arena, with a preceding message that says, “let’s give the people what they want.”

However, there is no direct indication but, some enthusiasts think that Gamebred is hinting at a return to the Octagon. And his manager somewhat sparked more speculations.
Ibrahim Kawa, who is the professional representative of Masvidal, did write a comment in response and seemingly did represent his client in it. He wrote: “According to sources he wants Colby.”

Now, whether this is an update or a mere point of discussion, is anybody’s guess. However, with Colby Covington pushing for the fight and UFC on board, it seems the bout will eventually be written on a match card soon.
