Paulo Dybala is on the verge of global super stardom

From a highly-rated wonderkid at Palermo to a fan favourite at Juventus, it’s quite fair to say that Paulo Dybala is excelling under  Allegri’s guidance. The Argentinean Star, is tipped to be the next Messi.

Messi is himself a fan of the talented player, who he says can be “the future”. Messi was quoted saying that: “Paulo is a great player with a big future. I’m sure he will give people a lot to talk about in the coming years.” [Tuttosport]

A tricky player to shift off the ball, Dybala is impeccable both in and out of possession.

His exemplary work rate mean defenders are constantly on the edge wherever he’s around them, and only gives them few seconds to get prepared for the upcoming danger.

High levels of agility and composure allow him to drive forward with the ball to an extent where he comfortably dribbles with pace.

His solo runs against Torino and Cagliari this term are few wonderful examples of this. He’s unafraid to shoot from wherever he is, whether it be inside the box or outside the box, and that is what becomes a problem for defenders.

Dybala’s technique mean he’s able to find positions in space regularly to create goal-scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates.

He’s been looking great this season, with already getting his name on the scoreline most of the time he plays.

His aerial duels are really poor. He’s only won 16.7% of his challenges in the air this term, which is underwhelming to say the least. He need to consider working on his aerial duels.

Also his tricky style of dribbling draws foul regularly, increasing the chance of him getting injured.

He’s still only 23 and continues to develop in an ever-improving Juventus side. We wish Paulo Dybala, all the best for his future.
