“Clippers with Bradley Beal are a different story”: Stephen A Smith demands Wizards front office to trade star to Clippers, challenge LeBron James’ Lakers
Stephen A Smith went off on a typical rant about Bradley Beal and his situation with the Washington Wizards, demanding they trade their star.
For quite some time now, there have been trade rumors surrounding Bradley Beal. But no actual moves have taken place. ESPN’s ‘First Take’ analyst Stephen A Smith said that Beal deserves much better than what he’s been getting at Washington. He implored the Wizards front office to ship Beal off to a team like the Clippers.
For the past few seasons, Beal has been putting up insane numbers on a very under-achieving Wizards team. He’s averaging 34.4 points this season. He has been giving his everything to the Wizards for the last 9 seasons and hasn’t gotten the support in return from the organisation.
‘You gotta get Bradley Beal outta there’: Stephen A Smith pleads the Wizards organization
Over the past few games, Beal has been spotted having a sad face with sore eyes at the end of the match. He scored 33 against the Rockets and 47 today against the Pelicans. Stephen A Smith practically pleaded the Wizards organisation to trade Beal for his own good:
“Tommy Sheppard (General Manager), Scott Brooks, you gotta get Bradley Beal outta here. He’s a tremendous asset, but you gotta get him outta there.”
“They (the Clippers) ain’t beat no damn Los Angeles Lakers. They get Bradley Beal to pair with Kawhi (Leonard) and Paul George..Oh we got a different story to tell.”

He suggested that they trade him to the Clippers. The Clippers could be in search for that one missing piece who can help them be the best of the West. According to Stephen A Smith, Beal is that piece.
With the new addition of Russell Westbrook, this offseason, everyone thought the Wizards would start winning. But nothing has been working for Bradley Beal and his Wizards. They have the worst record in the league with 3 wins and 11 losses, getting blown out by almost all the teams they lost to.
