“LeBron James needs a gaming chair with an enhanced clutch gene”: Skip Bayless rips on Lakers MVP on Twitter for ‘lackluster’ Playoff performances
Skip Bayless takes to Twitter to say that LeBron James needs a gaming chair that has an enhanced clutch gene.
LeBron James is living up to the true definition of, “dipping you toe in all facets of life,” as he’s now made it aware to the rest of the world that he’s interested in entering the gaming industry as well. LeBron James and gaming have been intertwined for a while now.
His son, Bronny, joined FaZe Clan last year and while the Los Angeles Lakers were in the Bubble, they would frequently indulge in Call of Duty Warzone; something which teammates Anthony Davis and Dennis Schroder have carried forward well into this 2020-21 NBA season.
So, in an effort to fully grasp the needs and requirements of becoming a proper gamer and enter the industry, James took to Twitter to ask a simple question: “Who makes the best/ most comfortable gaming chair? I need one for myself.”
LeBron James received a bevy of replies from people who are popular streamers on Twitch and YouTube such as LosPollosTV, Dream, and timthetatman. However, there was one response that caught everyone’s eye in the basketball community.
LeBron James gets ripped on by Skip Bayless for not having the clutch gene.
While most of the internet personalities who responded to LeBron were merely giving him suggestions or simply gawking at the fact that the 4x champ is even considering becoming a gamer, Skip Bayless went on his usual tirade of bashing LeBron James any chance he gets.
Maybe LeBron can find a new gaming chair with an enhanced clutch gene.

The, “LeBron is not clutch,” narrative has become quite stale at this point. He’s proven time and time again, in recent memory that too, that he can show up in the big moments. Whether it’s in last year’s Playoffs in Game 5 and Game 6 against the Nuggets and Heat respectively, or his incredible run with the Cavaliers in 2018.
LeBron James’s resume has gone beyond the point of needing yet another insanely clutch performance for his name to be cemented amongst the greatest of the greats in the annals of NBA history.
