“Anthony Davis and LeBron James are still the best duo in the NBA, Luka Doncic is a bad mf”: NBA analyst applauds Lakers duo after Game 2 win vs Suns

Kendrick Perkins heaps praise onto Lebron James and Anthony Davis on Twitter, while giving Luka Doncic some respect as well.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis have finally guided the Lakers back on track. While Chris Paul’s injury helped them massively, LA tied up the series in game-2 with a convincing 109-102 victory in Phoenix. The team had addressed just about everything that went wrong in game-1 and seemed to be firing on all cylinders.

Back in Los Angeles during this time, the Mavericks faced off against the Clippers. And by the middle of the fourth, it wasn’t really close anymore.

Luka Doncic and the franchise played brilliantly throughout the game, essentially outclassing their opponents. After taking a 2-0 series lead, Dallas is starting to look like the far better team in this series.

Like many of us fans, it seems Kendrick Perkins was watching both these games live. And after they ended, the former player let his passionate thoughts be known on Twitter.

“LeBron and Anthony Davis is still the best duo in the damn NBA!!!”: Kendrick Perkins

Much to the dismay of countless NBA fans, the Lakers vs Suns and the Clippers vs Mavericks were essentially played at the same time. This made it extremely difficult for just about anyone to follow both games at the same time.

However, for those who managed it, they got to experience three incredible performances today during some really important games. And emphasizing on just that, here is Big Perk.

I got so much I want to tweet about tonight on this app but imma save every word for every damn show I’m on tomorrow, but I will say that Luka Doncic is a bad MF…Lebron and AD is still the BEST Duo in the damn NBA!!! Carry the hell on…

Despite Kawhi Leonard going off for 41 points, Doncic was able to lead his team to victory, grabbing 39 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists. The player did this on 16 of 29 from the field, and 5 of 13 from three. Needless to say, the numbers befitting a leader.

For the Lakers, Anthony Davis had a double-double, recording 34 points, and 10 rebounds, on 46.7% from the field, and 50% from three. Due to the Brow dominating, James was allowed to be a bit more passive against the Suns. By the end, he had a steady 23, 4, and 9, on 56% from the field, and 44% from beyond the arc.

We as fans are truly blessed to witness such incredible performances in the NBA playoffs.
