“Charles Barkley said Milwaukee Bucks will sweep the series at halftime of Game 2”: Ernie Johnson gives NBA legend props for getting the rare sweep prediction right after Bucks vs Heat Game 4
Charles Barkley got a rare W after the Bucks successfully swept the Heat this afternoon. Ernie had to admit that Chuck’s prediction was correct.
The Miami Heat lost Game 4 to the Milwaukee Bucks after holding a significant halftime advantage. Milwaukee’s Big Three of Holiday, Giannis and Middleton ratcheted it up from the 3rd quarter onwards.
The game was essentially over by the start of the 4th quarter. Milwaukee raced to a double-digit lead within the first 2 minutes of the period. It was open season for Giannis in the paint as the Heat attempted to focus on transition from that point onwards.

Back in the TNT studios, the Inside crew had their own laughs going during the day’s first game. The Bucks had begun the day as -4.5 favorites to take the series in a sweep.
Ernie Johnson is forced to acknowledge that Charles Barkley got his prediction right
Chuck had predicted that the Heat would indeed get swept during their halftime show for Game 2 of this series. His prediction turned out, for once, to be accurate as the Bucks emphatically beat the ‘Barkley curse’.
He also made sure that Ernie would give him recognition for his correct prediction after the game ended. So when Ernie congratulated him for getting his Game 4 prediction right, Charles Barkley began gesturing suggestively.
Soon, he made Ernie go to their whiteboard and read off the notes for the Inside crew’s predictions all season long. We didn’t catch a glimpse of Chuck’s prediction being listed there. But Ernie did read it out all the same, as you’ll see below.

The Milwaukee Bucks will have 3 extra days in comparison to the Brooklyn Nets, their likely second round opponents. This may or may not serve them well, but they look in their most potent playoff form ever.
