“Thank you Playoff P”: NBA Analysts Skip Bayless and Kendrick Perkins heap praise for Paul George for his performance in Game 3 against the Suns
Clippers star Paul George comes up big in Game 3, as the Clippers beat the Suns to manage their first-ever Western Conference Finals win
The Game 3 Clippers did it again. As we’ve seen all playoffs, the Clippers went down in a 0-2 hole yet again. However, the Clippers team that is down 0-2 always finds a way to come back. People doubted the Clippers this time around, as Chris Paul returned to the floor and Kawhi Leonard was out. However, Paul George took the load on his shoulder and carried the team.
It was a collective team performance, with George anchoring the team. Paul George ended the game with 27 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists while having played for 43 minutes. Reggie Jackson added 23 points, while Ivica Zubac added a 15 point, 16 rebound double-double. The Suns had five players score in double digits, but none of them could maintain a rhythm long enough to win it for their team.
Paul George receives praises from NBA Analysts
While Paul George’s performance may not be remembered like Kevin Durant’s Game 5 performance, but it was significant nonetheless. George scored 27 points while shooting 9-26 from the field. One may look at this and not see a performance worthy of praise, but that’s what happens if one just looks at the stat sheets. In a tough first half, Zubac and George kept the Clippers up with the Suns, and in the second half, George was part of the reason the Clippers took off and got their 16 point lead.
Analyst and Clippers fan Skip Bayless couldn’t help but praise PG for his performance.
Paul George didn’t shoot it very well and turned it over too much, but he kept attacking, scored 27 with 15 rebounds and 8 assists. Thank you, PLAYOFF P.

Even Kendrick Perkins couldn’t help but compliment George and Zubac for their work tonight.
Paul George and Zubac showed up in GREAT Fashion tonight in a MUST win situation!!! Today Playoffs P was in the damn Building. Carry the hell on…

The Clippers would like to ride on the momentum and even things before they head back to Arizona. They face the Suns for Game 4 on Saturday.
