“Like father, like son!”: Lakers superstar LeBron James posts video of him and son Bronny James dunking the ball in a similar tomahawk style
LeBron James posts a video of him and his son Bronny dunking the ball in a similar tomahawk style. The resemblance is uncanny.
LeBron James and his Los Angeles Lakers had one of their most unexpected seasons this campaign. LAL went from starting their year as strong favourites, to barely making the playoffs. Even though LeBron was handed his first-ever first-round playoff loss by Chris Paul and the Suns, he has been pretty busy this offseason. From constantly promoting his upcoming “Space Jam: A New Legacy” to attending his sons’ basketball games, Bron has not really gotten any time for himself.
This past week, Bronny, LBJ’s eldest son, was playing out his AAU season with his “Strive For Greatness” team. With the King himself, coaching up his son from the sidelines, Bronny has been leading his teams to grab a few wins.
During one of the games, the 16-year-old James had a free path to the bast on a fastbreak play. Bronny decided to give his fans a little something special and ended up with a monstrous tomahawk slam.
NBA fans go crazy seeing the similarities between LeBron James and Bronny’s dunks
LeBron James couldn’t be more proud of his son for that dunk. The dunk looked quite familiar to LeBron as it was the exact same one he pulled off when he had freshly entered the league. He immediately posted a side-by-side video of both he and his son dunking in a similar style and captioned it “Like father, like son!” And the resemblance between the two plays does look quite uncanny.

Quite peculiarly, Bronny had this amazing play at ‘Home of the Fighting Irish’. This is better known as St Vincent-St Mary’s high school; this is where LeBron James went during his high school days in the early 2000s. Even though the pressure of being LeBron James’ son is quite high, it is good to see Bronny have these cherishable moments.
