“Kobe Bryant and LeBron James are winners in life”: Kyle Kuzma talks about the Lakers icons while comparing the two legends
While talking about Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, Kyle Kuzma described a few similarities between the two Los Angeles Lakers legends.
There are numerous notable players to have played for the Los Angeles Lakers. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal among many others. However, no two players are as influential as legends Kobe Bryant and LeBron James.
Bron and Kobe are easily two of the greatest players to grace the league. Both of these superstars are distinguished players, and have impacted the sport and left the whole world in awe. While Bron has one of the best endurance ever witnessed in the league, Kobe was one of the hardest workers ever.
These two generational talents can not be compared and both of their contributions to the game have been surreal.
“Kobe and LeBron, both are winners in life”: Kyle Kuzma
Recently, Kyle Kuzma was asked to compare two of his favourite players – Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. The Lakers forward spoke about the two megastars:
“They’re obviously two different people, and it’s really hard to compare both of them. They’re just so vastly different, but the one thing in common is they’re just both winners in life.”
“They attack everything with a certain type of enthusiasm, whether it’s basketball, whether it’s business, whether it’s life, whether it’s working out, their approach to get to the gym or their approach to get to their bodies or lifting is just a winner’s enthusiasm. They’re just enthusiastically optimistic about everything. Their confidence levels are very, very high and very, very rare.”
Kuz has now been LBJ’s teammate for three seasons. It’s more than enough time for him to learn quite a lot about the King’s character. Even though the 25-year-old never shared the court with the Black Mamba, he grew up watching the wizardry of Bean and even worked out with the late legend on several instances.

Kuz has got one thing right – both Kobe and LeBron are winners in life. Both these superstars have illustrious resumes, combining for over 69,000 points, 35 All-Star appearances, 32 All-NBA selections, 9 championships and 5 MVPs.
Their success goes much beyond the court – being successful businessmen, philanthropists and even social workers. Clearly, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James have inspired several millions of fans around the world and been the reason why people fall in love with this game.
