Umar Akmal tries his hand at Pokemon Go!

Umar Akmal and Ahmed Shehzad were dropped from the probables for the tour of England as the Pakistan board cited ‘poor form’ and ‘indiscipline’ as the reasons for omitting these two players.

Umar Akmal has often been criticised for being wasteful. Since his arrival on the international stage, Akmal has never been able to consistently deliver for his country. And with the wide array of strokes that he possesses, it’s a shame that he hasn’t been able to provide Pakistan with that ‘finisher’ they so direly need.

Also, he has been horrendous behind the stumps, making a mess of simple catches and failing to catch(grab) the ball whilst trying to inflict some of the easiest stumpings.
