Rehan Ahmed origin: Rehan Ahmed parents name and family background
On Saturday, Rehan Ahmed will become the youngest cricketer to play test cricket for England. The 18-year-old all-rounder has been named in England’s playing 11 for the 3rd test against Pakistan in Karachi. He has been drafted into the side as a replacement for veteran pacer James Anderson, who has been rested for the last match.
England certainly missed a spinner in the 2nd test, and the arrival of Rehan is a welcome addition. He is a leg-spinner and a fairly good batter as well which will perfectly suit England’s cause. Rehan has played 3 FC matches for Leicestershire, where he has scalped 9 wickets and scored 195 runs with the help of a century.
Rehan was a part of England’s U-19 World Cup squad that lost in the final this year against India. He was pretty impressive with the ball where he scalped 12 wickets in 4 matches at an economy of 4.19. Rehan did not bat much in the tournament, but he has a FC hundred under his belt.
