“Stephen Curry and co. Will Head To Sacramento With a 3-1 Deficit”: Skip Bayless Predicts GSW Winning A Game As Series Shifts to Chase Center
For the first time in the Stephen Curry era, the Golden State Warriors have lost the first two games of any playoff series. Those who believed that the reigning champions’ awful performance on the road during the regular season wouldn’t be a cause of concern in the postseason, are clearly mistaken.
The Warriors have never trailed 2-0 in a playoff series under Steve Kerr.

After suffering a close 123-126 loss in Game 1 of the clash, Game 2 was even more disastrous for Steve Kerr and co. With Draymond Green getting ejected in the 4th quarter, and the All-Star duo of De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis playing excellent ball, Steph’s 28-point performance wasn’t enough as the Kings grabbed a dominant 114-106 win.
Now that the series shifts back to San Francisco, many hopeful Dub Nation fans believe that their team will manage to even the series at 2 games apiece. However, Skip Bayless doesn’t believe so.
Skip Bayless believes the Warriors will win only 1 game at home
In the latest episode of “UNDISPUTED”, Skip Bayless initially spoke about the resilient team GSW was last year. In contrast to the previous championship run, even though the core group of players is the same, the analyst doesn’t believe that the squad this year is as resilient.
“This same Golden State team went into your building up in Boston and beat you in Game 4 in the Finals and beat you in Game 6 in the Finals to end the Finals in Boston. They’re not the same. Everybody is holding that hope that maybe they flip the switch in the postseason. There wasn’t a flip to switch.”
Further, the 71-year-old ended his statements on the topic by stating the San Francisco-based franchise would clinch only 1 victory as the series shifts to Chase Center.
“I did pick Sacramento and I’m now validated because I got to see what I thought I would see. I believe they (Sacramento Kings) will go win Game 4, not Game 3. But, that will be all she wrote for Golden State cause they’re gonna go back to Sacramento down 3 games to 1.”

How has Stephen Curry been fairing in the 2023 playoffs?
Advancing to the postseason for the 9th time in his career, The Baby-Faced Assassin has managed to average 29 PPG in the first two contests, along with 4.5 rebounds and 4 assists. However, the 18th-highest scorer on the NBA’s all-time playoffs list has had trouble shooting the 3-ball at high efficiency.
After going 6-14 from 3-point land in Game 1 of the first-round series, the defending Finals MVP had an awful 3-13 display from beyond the arc in the latest game.
Trailing 0-2 to the in-form Kings, Steph will have to produce something miraculous in the coming games if the Warriors hope to turn their fortunes around.
