‘It’s All in the Mind’: Lewis Hamilton Reveals Trick to Keep Himself Motivated Even in Tough Times
Seven-time F1 Drivers’ Champion Lewis Hamilton has been using his break from F1 to spend time with his family and inspire his fans by putting up several posts on his social media accounts. The 38-year-old put up another post on April 25 to motivate his fans by explaining how he himself is no stranger to struggles.
Over the past few years, Hamilton has made a conscious effort to make a stronger connection with his fans. And his frequent social media activity helps him do exactly that.
‘I’m no stranger to tough days’: Hamilton on how he keeps himself motivated
Taking to his Instagram account on April 25, Lewis Hamilton put up another post to inspire his fans to keep working hard even though at times it may feel ‘impossible’ to carry on. He said that for him motivation is about pushing himself ‘to be better in all things’.
The 38-year-old added that it is equally important to train both the mind and body and to keep taking small steps towards making progress. Hamilton then concluded his remarks by adding, “Negativity isn’t real, it’s all in the mind and I know you have it in you to overcome it“.

Lewis Hamilton put up another inspiring post last week
Last week on April 23, Lewis Hamilton shared an important message with his fans via an Instagram story. A snippet of the Mercedes driver’s post read, “Know how wonderful and special you are. Be kind to yourself today. Take a moment to thank the little you inside. There is nothing you cannot do”.
Hamilton’s hard work is there for everyone to see as this is exactly what has helped him achieve enormous success in one of the most competitive sports in the world. The Briton has not only won a joint-record of seven world titles but has also clinched the most number of wins (103) and pole positions (103), among other records.
Having achieved almost everything that there is to achieve, Hamilton’s most important goal in F1 now is most likely to be to win a record eighth F1 title. Since Mercedes have somewhat struggled recently to fight at the front, it remains to be seen whether the Briton will carry on at the Silver Arrows or move to a rival to achieve his ultimate goal.
