Lewis Hamilton and Shakira have undoubtedly taken the internet by storm with their relationship. Maybe more than Fernando Alonso’s fake love story with Taylor Swift. As the Mercedes man and the Queen of Latin music get closer by the minute, it turns out that Hamilton was love-struck from the start.

Turns out fans have done their investigation and have stumbled across an old Snapchat post of Hamilton vibing along to Perro Fiel by Shakira. A seductive song through and through, seems like the singer’s mesmerizing voice had already enchanted Hamilton.

The video dates back to 2017, with a location tag for Milan. Getting ready for the Fall/Winter fashion show in the Italian city. Now, with Shakira being a fan of the driver, showing up to show her support during the Miami and Spanish GPs, looks like it was all meant to be.

Fans on Twitter were convinced the two were meant to be as a fan claimed that they had finally been blessed with the “power couple” of the paddock.

Others were pleased to see this new addition to the storyline. As the chemistry between the two has been well-approved by fans, the video from 2017 has only helped add to the love story.
