Test Cricket Session Times Today: What Time Is Lunch At The Ashes Today?
Test cricket session time has been slightly adjusted in order to ensure that 98 overs are bowled on the fourth day of the ongoing third Ashes 2023 match at Headingley. While 90 overs are bowled in a normal day of Test cricket, eight more than those overs will be bowled today to cover up for loss of overs due to rain yesterday.
For the uninitiated, only 25.1 overs were bowled on Day 3 after a large part of the day was washed out due to inclement weather conditions in Leeds. Even these number of overs were interrupted by one rain break and one innings break which further disrupted the momentum on Saturday.
As a result, both the morning and afternoon sessions will be extended by 15 minutes to compensate for whatever that was lost on the previous day.

If truth be told considering the match situation, we might not see action moving into the third session as one of the two teams could have reached an outright result with an additional 30 minutes added to play till then. Even if that doesn’t happen, there are minimal chances of live action in the evening session because of the weather forecast on Sunday.
