WATCH: Vettel replaces kids’ Mercedes cap with Ferrari cap, dad behind does the same
Sebastian Vettel had a forgetful Sunday in Brazil as he finished in 6th place despite starting in P2. An issue with the car meant that Vettel couldn’t find the right balance and wasn’t able to extract anything out of the car and those tyres.
Ferrari and Mercedes were already finding it tough to get a lot out of those tyres. Vettel thus had to settle for P6.
But Vettel did not fail to entertain fans as a video of his has surfaced on social media wherein Vettel can be seen taking a photo with a young fan.
But before the process could be initiated, Vettel wanted a little tweak in the kids’ attire, as he was wearing a Mercedes cap.
Vettel took off his Ferrari cap, took off the kids’ Mercedes cap, kept it on the ground and gave the kid his Ferrari cap to wear.
A dad at the back took the Mercedes cap off his kids’ head right away before Vettel could notice, making the video one of the funniest on social media today.
Check out the video:

Vettel and Ferrari would be hoping to end the season on a high in Abu Dhabi, despite having lost out on both the driver’s championship and the constructor’s championship.
They would want to give Kimi a good farewell.
And he also asked the little kid for his name so he can dedicate the cap properly 😊
