Ferrari are going to launch their 2019 challenger on the 15th of February, days before winter testing at Barcelona.

With so many personnel changes at the Italian team, one expects the 2019 season to be an exciting one, as Ferrari have finally gotten rid of all their internal power struggles(or at least that is what the average fan believes).

Binotto’s appointment and Arrivabene’s departure has provided Ferrari with some much needed impetus going into the new season, as Binotto is well respected within the Ferrari workforce and has already proved himself by dishing out a very strong car last season.

Now, amidst all the ‘hopes and dreams’ for the 2019 season, there is the ‘small matter’ of the 2019 F1 livery.

F1 fans are fascinated not just by the speed of the cars but also by their aesthetic appeal and hence livery launches are taken very seriously.

The red colour is sacred to Ferrari, but this season they are trying to give their fans a little twist of red.

According to reports in Italy, Ferrari’s new livery is dark red matte finish(similar to the one Red Bull has).

The dark red colour is due to the new ‘Mission Winnow’ branding on the cars.
