WATCH: Max Verstappen drives the new Red Bull RB15 for the first time

Red Bull have dished out a new and refreshing livery for the winter testing next week. The livery has a tinge of red and fans are going gaga over it, asking Red Bull, if they could extend this livery to the 2019 season as well.

Today’s car launch meant that for the first time a Honda powered Red Bull was presented, a move that has been spoken about ever since its announcement.

Red Bull have conceded that Honda have been tirelessly working through the winter and the 2019 car could maybe bridge the gap between Red Bull and the top 2 teams.

Honda does have a huge task on their hands. They need to not only deliver a powerful package but also look after reliability.

Renault and Red Bull broke ties last season largely because of the reliability issues that Red Bull were facing. While they will need to give Honda some time before they can realise their true potential, the data has already been very promising.

Max Verstappen was given the privilege to drive the RB15 for the first time ever and fans noticed that the Honda engine sounded better than all other engines on the grid.

Red Bull have also gone onto clarify that this livery is only a test one and will not be used throughout the season.
