AEW EVP’s, Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks, Matt and Nick Jackson,  reportedly ‘aren’t even talking to each other anymore’

From the outside, the camaradie between wrestlers in AEW seems amazing. However, it seems that there is awhole other situation beneath the surface. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select also admitted to having heard similar stories but noted that nothing had come from the executives or talents.

“I’ve heard the rumors. I haven’t heard that from any talents. I haven’t heard that from any executives, but I’ve heard it’s worth me asking about. It is not something that wrestlers are talking about and it’s not been something I’ve asked about a ton.”

Wade Keller went on to add that the situation was worse than what was originally thought. Speaking on the PW Torch Podcast, he revealed that the honeymoon period was over and the Executive Vice President’s weren’t even talking with each other anymore.

“There’s gonna a book written someday by some of these EVP’s or someone else closely observing and we’re gonna learn about a lot of dysfunction. We’re gonna learn what a very short honeymoon period there was between certain key people in the company, who aren’t even talking to each other anymore. I think we’re gonna find that out.

“I know there are people in other wrestling companies saying The Bucks and Cody and Kenny. It’s not gonna be long at all before they want to have nothing to do with each other. The honeymoon period is going to be short. It seems like it is. It seems like there’s some disengagement and people going off into their own that is showing up in certain ways.”

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
