Shaquille O’Neal Challenges Cody and Brandi Rhodes to a tag team match at AEW Revolution. Brandi is currently out with pregnancy.

Shaquille O’Neil has been involved in a storyline with the Rhodes family for some time now. However, despite being teased, a match involving them has yet to take place. Not for too long though. The former Basketballer has called out the AEW Executive Vice President and his wife.

During the first hour of AEW Dynamite, Shaq called out Cody Rhodes and his wife to a match against him and Jade Cargill in March. Interestingly, that is when the promotion’s next pay per view Revolution takes place.

Cody later appeared on the show and acknowledged the challenge. He told Tony Schiavone that there was nothing more he and his wife wanted than to fight Shaq and Jade. The American Nightmare then brought up Brandi’s pregnancy and turned to Arn Anderson for advice.

Anderson then introduced Red Velvet, who cut a promo on Jade, indicating that she would participate in the match at Brandi’s stead. Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet laid down a challenge to take on Shaq and Jade Cargill at AEW Revolution on March 7th.
