Alexis Sanchez wants 50 million move to Manchester City
Oh Alexis!
Arsenal’s number 7 is arguably the best player in the Premier league right now. Sanchez provides creativity and goals to an Arsenal side that widely recognizes him as their talisman.
His tenure at Arsenal has been a huge success for both player and club. Alexis, who was deemed not good enough by Barcelona, moved to England three years ago and has taken his game to the next level.
His all round attacking abilities have improved Arsenal and has on numerous occasions carried the North London club on his shoulders. Worshiped by the Arsenal faithful, Alexis may have finally found the club where he is truly the numero uno.

But he has bigger ambitions. Arsenal have not yet truly challenged for the league title, in spite of having the brilliant Chilean.
This year, Arsenal will not take part in the Champions league, something that has not happened in Arsene Wenger’s time at the club.

Sanchez realizes that he is in the prime of his career, and wishes to move to a club that provides Champions league football.
Enter Manchester City.
Alexis wants to reunite with former boss Pep Guardiola at the Etihad, and has already informed this to Arsene Wenger. But the Arsenal boss has told him that he will not be sold under any condition to a domestic rival.
Wenger realizes that Sanchez could go for free next summer, and is prepared to lose out on close to 50 million in the process. He knows that with Sanchez in his ranks, Arsenal stand a far better chance of competing for the title than without the Chilean.
Not only would he be weakening his side, he would also be strengthening City.
And Wenger is far too wise for that!
