An Ode to Yonder City Genshin Impact: This World Quest is a part of the new 1.1 patch. So, here’s a full quest & walkthrough with tips to help you out.
First of all, given that this is a World Quest, there’s a certain Archon Quest you need to complete to access it. So, make sure to complete the Archon Quest “A New Star Approaches” first. It’s also a part of the new 1.1 patch and you can only undertake the quest if you’re Adventure Rank 35 or more. So, I guess that puts an automatic lock on the “An Ode to Yonder City” quest for those below 35. We thought to get this out of the way first because miHoYo never mentions it in their forums.

An Ode to Yonder City: Where to start & basic storyline.
To set this Quest in motion, fast travel to the Liyue Harbour first from wherever you are in Teyvat. Then, visit the Wangshu Inn. Here, you’ll have to talk to Qingzhou, a poet, who is concerned about the changing times in Liyue.
Qingzhou will get rather lazy and romantic, as poets do & want to run off to the mountains. But, before he does that, he wishes to write a poem on Liyue to capture its new avatar. And so, you’ll have to run around the city and collect data for him.
Genshin Impact: How & Where to collect data for Qingzhou?
What the poet, Qingzhou, looks for is “poetic inspiration” & it’s easy to find. Head over, first, to the South Wharf of the Liyue Harbour for your first bit of inspiration. Then, head on to the Bubu Pharmacy for the next bit. Finally, teleport to the Yujing Terrace for the last bit of info. But here, you’ll also have to talk to two people standing by the side of the platform. So, don’t forget to do that before you leave. Check out the short video below if you’re still confused.
Once you’ve done all of this, you’re good to go. Just report back to Qingzhou near Wangshu Inn for your rewards.
The rewards for the Quest will be 150 ADV EXP, 20000 Mora, 5 Teachings of Prosperity, 5 Teachings of Diligence & 5 Teachings of Gold.
So far, given the simple nature of the quest, there are no particular tips to give. If we come across any, we shall be listing them here asap.
