#1 Barcelona had to take permission from Fati’s parents
Barcelona had to take consent from Fati’s parents to appear the 16-year-old in the squad ahead of their match against Real Betis.
La Liga laws insist no underage player should be played in late night fixtures without the authorization of his parents.
And his club was said to have gotten the consent from the teenager’s guardian before his inclusion on match day squad. Which made his appearance possible after the 78th minute.
#2 He has a release clause of €100 million
Barcelona rates Fati very highly, so much that the Catalan club placed a €100 million release clause in the contract of the player.
The young La Masia talent recently signed a three-year extension with the Catalan club and aspires to be a regular player at the club but he surely has to work really hard to reach that level.

Ansu Fati is originally from African Republic of Guinea-Bissau and he came to Spain along with his parents at the age of six and settled in Seville, Andalusia.
At first, Fati established himself in the local teams CDF Herrera, then went to Sevilla for two years, and finally came to Barcelona at the age of 10 to be a part of the Barcelona youth setup- La Masia.
