Ansu Fati praised for his splendid 15-minutes performance against Villarreal, watch highlights

Ansu Fati praised for his splendid 15-minute performance against Villarreal in La Liga game last night as Barcelona won by 2-1.

Ansu Fati has instantly gained fame ever since he made a debut for Barcelona on the second game-week of La Liga to replace Lionel Messi, as the latter was ruled out due to injury.

Since then, the Guinea Bissau player has been phenomenal and proved to be too good for his age. Thus, Barcelona manager is using the player with all caution considering he is very young to make regular appearances.

Despite it, Fati has been phenomenal in the given chances, and last night was yet another night of his magical performance for Barcelona.

The Catalans had an early lead in the game of 2-0, after Antoine Griezmann and Arthur scored to give a comfortable lead. However, in second half, a phenomenal strike by Santi Cazorla brought the yellow submarine into the game.

The second half was dominated by the vistors, as absence of Lionel Messi after being subbed off in the second half got burdensome for Barcelona. Although, Ousmanne Dembele tried to make a difference up ahead but it was not enough.

But things changed when Fati came onto the pitch in the 78th minute in place of Luis Suarez, who had a bad game. With the inclusion of the 16-year-old into the game, barcelona posed more threats up ahead.

Moreover, Barcelona were linking up well ahead, as Frenkie De Jong and Fati were combining well, and Antoine Griezmann took the central place, where he is most comfortable.

On top, the trio of Dembele, Griezmann and Fati had too much pace, which made Villarreal step a little back. Fati seemed unstoppable and it literally forced Raul Albiol to make a foul on him, as Fati was proceeding to create a good chance to score up ahead.

Barcelona truly have found a gem from their academy yet again, and now it is on the club to develop him to make him reach his potential.
