Anthony Davis’ future in the NBA could determine where the next nBA dynasty could come up. The Warriors have been dominating the league for sometime now and would be gunning for their 3rd title in as many years this season.

But things are about to change in the NBA, with the power struggle between franchises set to return to its peak with the amount of trades waiting to happen post the ongoing season.

Anthony Davis’ trade could be the deciding factor in seeing which team rises up to pose a realistic challenge to the Warriors, as he does have a chance of joining forces with a few superstars next season.

Joining forces with LeBron has emerged as the most likely option for Davis, considering the history of the franchise and how LeBron is looking for just one superstar besides him in order to take the Warriors down.

Davis has already been heavily linked to both Celtics and Lakers as NBA experts believe these two destinations are the only one’s that he’ll leave the Pelicans for.

LeBron James was recently asked about how he felt about the entire Anthony Davis saga and if he would trade him to the Lakers.

James was visibly excited about the possibility of Davis joining him and said that it would be incredible if Davis joined him in LA.

“That would be amazing,” LeBron said.

“That would be amazing, like, duh. That would be incredible.” he added.

Anthony Davis, whose Pelicans are 15-17 at the start of the season was asked about LeBron’s quotes and how he felt about LeBron giving the Lakers a go ahead about trading Davis.

While a lot of young players would have immediately reacted with a joyful expression, Davis said that he didn’t care much as he was focussed on the job at hand with Pelicans.

“I don’t really care,” Davis said as quoted by ESPN.

He then went onto add that it was cool to hear LeBron saying that he wanted him in LA, but right now he was focussed on his job with the team, a job that he wasn’t really carrying out too successfully.

“Obviously, it’s cool to hear any high-caliber player say they want to play with me. But my job is to turn this team around. If we’re 15-17, that means I’m not doing my job.” Davis explained.
