Arsenal Transfer News: Unai Emery targets to land Real Madrid superstar from Real Madrid this summer to bolster his squad this summer.
Unai Emery wants to land Lucas Vazquez from Real Madrid to bolster his squad ahead of next season. The Gunners’ manager poses massive interest in his compatriot and have plans regarding him.
According to a report published by Don Balon, Emery has asked Arsenal board to meet the demands made by Real Madrid to hire the services of the Spanish International.
Since, Real Madrid have already signed Eden Hazard and Rodrygo amidst the presence of Marco Asensio and rise of Vinicius, might put him below in the pecking order in Zinedine Zidane’s lineup. Hence, it seems wise, if the 27-year-old seeks a move out of Los Blancos.
On the other hand, Emery reportedly has promised a prominent role for Vazquez at Arsenal, as he does not face stiff competition at his position.
Meanwhile, everal ther clubs are also interested to hire the services of Vazquez, as Roma, Inter Milan, West Ham, Newcastle, Real Betis and Sevilla have already called at Los Blancos’ doorsteps.
However, Arsenal are reportedly at the pole position to sign the player, as he might have to be sold by Real Madrid to balance their financial books amid mega transfers this summer.
Presently, there are no reports of Vazquez interests and where his inclination lies, as several clubs are after his purchase. Hence, it is remained to see whether Arsenal will step up their chase for the 27-year-old player.

Unai Emery wants Lucas Vazquez. I doubt he’d leave Champions League challenging Real Madrid.
To play for Top 4 challenging Arsenal.

Me shitting on Lucas Vazquez on a near weekly basis just for him to leave and go to Arsenal would honestly be the karma I deserve

Those Vázquez/ Arsenal links aren't too far fetched. Emery's obsessed with players that have a "direct running style".
Fraser and Vázquez as our wide options next season would be sickening.
