Arsenal vs Fulham highlights: Arsenal returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Claudio Ranieri’s Fulham.
Arsenal have made a strong start to 2019 as they registered a 4-1 win over Fulham at the Emirates Stadium earlier today.
The side has had a few shaky weeks in December, and their last game before the match against Fulham ended in a crushing 5-1 defeat at Anfield against Liverpool.
However, Arsenal came back strongly, as goals from Granit Xhaka, Alexandre Lacazette, Aaron Ramsey and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completed an all-round victory for Unai Emery’s side.
Arsenal, however, remain at fifth position in the Premier League table, but are only two points behind Chelsea, who will play Southampton tomorrow.

Loud boos directed at Emery from the home fans here as he opts to take off Alexandre Lacazette and introduce Aaron Ramsey.

Lacazette off, Ramsey on.
Few boos for that sub, but Lacazette stops them by applauding the crowd and calling on his teammates to stay switched on.

The fact people would rather keep Ozil than Ramsey baffles me. Give Rambo £275k pw and sell Ozil. This club is a joke otherwise. #AFC #ARSFUL

Arsenal have a weird problem where they have two elite strikers and a midtable defense so Emery has to keep benching or subbing one of his best players in order to maintain balance.

14 – Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the outright top-scorer in the Premier League this season, with 14 goals in 21 games. Potent. pic.twitter.com/iycVHJVIwp

Arsenal now 4-1 up and building foundations for another unbeaten run, providing they only player relegation fodder and Europa League teams who sound like IKEA furniture names.

Aaron Ramsey scores for Arsenal and lifts his jersey to reveal a shirt saying “someone sign me please”.

FT: Arsenal 4-1 Fulham. An unconvincing but welcome victory for Unai Emery’s Gunners. Even if it came against one of the worst defensive displays I’ve seen from a Premier League club. Such was the lack of cohesion from the Cottagers backline it was bordering on a disgrace

I hope Unai Emery is looking at that Ramsey goal like “maybe we should pay him whatever he wants” #ARSFUL
