According to David Ornstein from BBC, the Welsh midfielder completed a two-part medical with the club during the January transfer window.
Ramsey will officially join Juventus on June 30.
Ornstein also reports that Ramsey will become the highest-paid player from Great Britain in his contract with the club. The Welsh midfielder is set to earn over £400k/week at Juventus.
The midfielder earlier talked about the failure to sign a new deal at Arsenal.
The Arsenal midfielder spoke about his contract situation for the first time in October last year. Ramsey insisted that he was under the impression that he would sign a new deal with the club.
“Everything has been going great with the club – we thought we were in a position where we had agreed a deal but that’s no longer the case.
Ramsey deserves well-wishes now that he’s officially off to Juve. Now that everything is sorted, Emery needs to include him in the XI ahead of others. If he is good enough to play for Juventus, he is good enough to start for us. Need to use him and get top 4/ Europa.

Fair fucks to Ramsey. Given us 10 years, couple of cup final winners, had his leg chopped in half playing for us and he rides off into the sunset with £400k pw. Good luck to him and all the very best.

“So I just have to carry on playing my football and do my best for Arsenal this season and I’ll leave the rest with the club now,” Ramsey had said at the time.
“Am I disappointed? That’s a decision that they have made and things happen in football and you just have to get on with it and carry on playing the best I can. That’s all I am concentrating on and giving my best for Arsenal,” he added.
