Manchester United has reportedly accelerated their pursuit for Sporting Lisbon starlet Bruno Fernandes, who has been on the radar of the Red Devils since long.
The negotiations in summer failed with the Portuguese club but recent reports convey that he is moving closer to sign for Manchester United as the reports fuel amidst the winter transfer window.
If the 25-year-old player makes a move to Manchester United then surely he will massively bolster their midfield. The resources at the centre of the pitch are not adequate to make Manchester United a powerhouse.
Only world-class midfielder in the club currently is Paul Pogba, who has continuously been troubled by his injured ankle. Any other midfielder who comes close to Pogba in terms of quality at the club is Scott Mctominay and even he is ruled out with an injury.
