Paulo Dybala, the Argentine international scored a brace against the Spanish powerhouse as his two amazing strikes boosted Juventus hopes to reach the semi-final stage of the tournament. Dybala overshadowed his Argentine counterpart Lionel Messi with his performance in Turin and the hosts who are famous for their unbreakable defence in European football did not provide any space to “MSN” who could have been danger to them. The best defence in the European football was able to keep one of the best attacking trio in the world football silent.

The Catalan giants have an uphill task of scoring three or more goals against the Old Lady. But the one thing that Juventus must not forget that Barcelona is not an ordinary team. La Blaugrana will have the home advantage in the second leg and Barca is totally a different team when they play on home soil. They can turn any impossible result in their favour in Camp Nou. Barely a month ago they snatched victory from the hands of PSG as they came from behind and demolished PSG to win 6-5 on aggregate as they registered one of the greatest comebacks in the history of the Champions League.

One cannot simply underestimate Barcelona as they are well known for their comebacks. Juventus have an advantage as they will have the experience of Dani Alves a former Barcelona player when they travel to the Camp Nou. Dani Alves who knows Neymar’s game in an out was successful in keeping his Brazilian team-mate quiet in Turin. He will be expected to repeat that performance once again when the two sides meet on Wednesday night. Barcelona have nothing to lose, so they will come very hard at Juventus.

Barcelona come into the game with a 3-2 victory over Real Sociedad in the Spanish league, while Juventus had a comfortable win over Pescara in the Italian league.

Juventus already possess an advantage over Barcelona as they have a three goal cushion. If Barcelona wants to proceed to the next round of the Champions League, then they will have to get past the Juventus defence as well as ensure that Juve visitors does not score away goals.

This fixture will surely be a mesmerizing match that the viewers will not be willing to take eye off the match even for a minute. What will be interesting to see is that whether Juventus maintains their record of strongest defensive team in Europe or Barcelona has something special for the Old Lady.
