CHE vs MUN Dream11 Team Prediction : Manchester United Vs Chelsea Premier League Dream 11 Team Picks And Probable Playing 11

Manchester United Vs Chelsea Dream11 Prediction: The SportsRush brings you the Dream11 prediction between Manchester United and Chelsea.

Manchester United will kick start their new Premier League season as they take on Chelsea in Old Trafford on Sunday. It has been a less dramatic start, with Manchester City, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur securing victories by a margin of more than two goals.

The Red Devils did a particularly good job in the transfer market, but the failure to replace Romelu Lukaku could haunt them. They have bought upgrades in two different positions having secured Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire, while the youngster Daniel James is relatively unknown to the English top-flight.

On the other hand, Eden Hazard’s departure has put the Blues in turmoil, who have now put faith on the youngsters. The Europa League winners, who signed Mateo Kovacic on a season-long loan, have turned the deal permanent.

Both sides will hope to initiate their season in a drastic manner – procuring results from day one. There are no real favourites in this game, but the home factor for Manchester United could play a massive factor.

MANCHESTER UNITED PREDICTED STARTING LINEUP:

David De Gea, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Nemanja Matic, Scott McTominay, Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford.

CHELSEA PREDICTED STARTING LINEUP:

Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cesar Azpilicueta, Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen, Emerson Palmieri, N’Golo Kante, Jorginho, Ross Barkley, Willian, Christian Pulisic, Tammy Abraham.

MANCHESTER UNITED VS CHELSEA DREAM11 PREDICTION

Formation: 3-4-3

GOALKEEPER:

David De Gea: The Spaniard, who had a poor season, will hope to bounce back and help his side. Undoubtedly, the shot-stopper is at full-throttle, he could have an influence on the game. The away trips to Emirates and Wembley were prime examples from last season. He can shape up games on his own with his saves.

DEFENDERS

Cesar Azpilicueta: Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta will operate through the right-back position. The Spaniard has the ability to make plenty of interventions, while making forward runs to assist his teammates. He can contribute in the defensive and offensive aspect of the game.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka: Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be important for United. The right-back will oppose Christian Pulisic through the right defensive flank. Since the USA winger has an abundance of pace, the Red Devils’ new signing could have trouble if he’s not on his feet. Wan-Bissaka covers plenty of ground and is a pivotal player for Solskjaer.

Harry Maguire: Harry Maguire will be another new signing in the backline for Manchester United. The World’s most expensive defender could have his say through a set piece situation and is a very good passer from the back. Likewise, he can bully opponent strikers and regain possession.

MIDFIELDERS

Nemanja Matic: Nemanja Matic received plenty of criticism last season. The Serb is an important player as he acts as the destroyer in the middle of the park. He wins plenty of ground and aerial duels. He’s a key asset from the set-piece too.

Paul Pogba (VC): Paul Pogba was breathtaking when Solskjaer took over United. After a patch of scintillating form, the Frenchman went through a miserable spell. He scored 16 goals and had 11 assists to back up his proficiency in front of the goal. He is the Red Devils creative fulcrum and the forwards will be dependent on his service.

Willian: There are casting doubts over the right-wing position, with Willian and Pedro fighting for a spot in the eleven. The Brazilian could get the nod because of the defensive work rate to provide shielding for the right-back. He’s a set-piece taker and has a good track record.

Christian Pulisic: Christian Pulisic will operate through the left-wing. The USA forward has not been successful in the final third for his former club Borussia Dortmund, but his pre-season under Frank Lampard spoke volumes. He’s more than useful through counter-attacks.

FORWARDS

Anthony Martial: Anthony Martial scored a brace against Chelsea in Stamford Bridge last season. He is a key asset for Solskjaer to break down opponents defence. Martial has nimble feet and breakneck pace to exploit the opponents. Since his opponent Azpilicueta is not well-known for his pace, the former Monaco forward could cause wreck throughout the game.

Tammy Abraham: Chelsea manager Frank Lampard struck with Tammy Abraham throughout the pre-season preparations.  In return, the English striker scored goals and gave confidence for his coach to use him in the opening game. Giroud has the experience, but Tammy’s playing style would suit the new manager’s philosophy.

Marcus Rashford (C): Marcus Rashford will lead the frontline for Manchester United on Sunday. With United cut down to just one senior striker upfront, the youngster will have a huge role to play against Chelsea. The Blues defence does not have pace – assisting Rashford to run circus in their backline.
