CPL 2020 Live Telecast Channel: The SportsRush presents before you the timing and live streaming details of CPL 2020.

Cricket-deprived fans are most likely to be waiting for August 18 for the eighth season of the Caribbean Premier League will commence in Trinidad & Tobago. In addition to the English summer, the tournament will keep fans intrigued for the next three weeks or so.

33 matches of CPL 2020 will be played under strict COVID-19-related guidelines to ensure optimum health of everyone involved.

It is due to the same reason that all the matches will be played at only a couple of venues in the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba and Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain.

The first match of CPL 2020 will be played between two-time champions Trinbago Knight Riders and last season’s runners-up in Guyana Amazon Warriors. After playing the league stage where each team will face all other opponents twice, top four (out of six) teams will qualify for the semi-finals.

Star Network will broadcast the live streaming of the eighth season of the Caribbean Premier League in India. In the recent years, matches being played in West Indies were televised on Sony Network in India. However, Star has bagged a two-year deal to televise Caribbean Premier League matches in the sub-continent.

Unlike other tournament, online users won’t be able to stream the match on Star Network’s streaming application named Disney+Hotstar. However, with CPL also announcing Dream11’s FanCode as its digital streaming partner, Indian fans will be able to watch all matches on that platform.

It is worth mentioning that many matches of CPL 2020 will begin according to the Indian prime time, i.e., 19:30 hours (IST). This move in addition to the fact that not much cricket happening currently has it in it to make CPL 2020 a grand success in terms of television viewing ratings.

Date – 18/08/2020 (Tuesday) – 10/09/2020 (Thursday).

Match start Time – 07:30 PM (IST), 11:45 PM (IST) and 03:00 AM (IST).

TV Channel (India) – Star Sports 1, Star Sports 1 HD, Star Sports 2, Star Sports 2 HD.

TV Channel (UK) – Sky Sports.

TV Channel (Australia) – Fox Sports.
