The track at the Lord’s in London is one of the most competitive tracks out there. There is a good amount of bounce on this track which will allow the batters to play their shots. The pacers have always loved bowling at this venue and they can move the ball in the initial overs of the game.

A total of four T20 Blast matches were played here last year and the average first innings score was 168 runs. The overall average T20 score at this ground is 170 runs. With a lightning-quick outfield, the batters will love playing their shots and the fielders will find it tough to stop the ball once placed in the gap.

The straight and mid-wicket boundaries are quite big on this ground and the batters will have to be at their best in order to clear the ropes. Keeping the dimensions in mind, the spinners can play a crucial role in the middle-overs. Both captains would want to bat first after winning the toss as chasing has not been that easy here.
